Leadership and Integrity for Today and Tomorrow
LIFTT empowers disaffected youth to strengthen their skills of self awareness, personal accountability by providing them with a community of care guided by their peers while also establishing pro social goals leading to a life of success.
The LIFTT program is composed of a team of teachers, administrators, SRO/Law Enforcement, juvenile department staff and community partners that provide a wraparound approach to providing students with intentional interventions and outcome based support.
The LIFTT team regularly collaborates to assess the needs of high-risk tier 3 students and develops a comprehensive and collaborative plan that ensures academic and personal success can be achieved.
Referral criteria could include youth that attend school 80% of the time or less, may be failing multiple classes, and/or have 2 or more behavioral referrals or are exhibiting high-risk behaviors in school or within the community.
The LIFTT Wrap Around Support Team includes:
