Biles and Scher Consulting supports the development of engaging student centered intervention programs that target youths own self awareness by providing the skillset needed to form a community of vulnerability and respect leading to genuine personal growth and change.
Classroom-Based Intervention
True Self and the LIFTT (Leadership and Integrity for Today and Tomorrow) program develop and strengthen students’ own self-awareness and desire for personal change. True Self and LIFTT seeks to support highly marginalized students through relationship development, self-reflection, intensive case management, and genuine community building.
Gang Intervention
Biles and Scher Consulting assists municipal agencies and staff that work with gang impacted youth and young adults to discover a life of success outside of the gang. Through intentional case management strategies, a comprehensive gang involvement curriculum, our intervention strategies that identify and target prosocial opportunities that support the successful outcomes of gang impacted youth.
