At Biles and Scher Consulting, we develop programs that assist school districts, juvenile justice departments, and other youth-serving institutions to address higher-risk behaviors among teens and young adults. We also offer a variety of intervention supports, programming, training, and coaching to meet the specific needs of high-risk populations.

Our Curriculum
True Self
Our True Self curriculum empowers youth and fosters self-awareness. It is a comprehensive curriculum that addresses trauma, promotes healthy relationships, and builds trust. Its different exercises aid in cognitive re-education, habit change, and emotional management. It uses the Stages of Change model to help youth transition from self-destructive behaviors to self-determination. Paired with a trusted coach and a welcoming classroom environment, True Self is a transformative experience leading to personal growth and positive community relationships.
Our True Self is available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

Juvenile Justice And Youth Serving Agencies
We work with juvenile justice departments, behavioral health, and residential programs to develop support programs that help high-risk youth learn from their mistakes and create a set of skills to make positive changes in their lives.
